actually i think it's not worth the effort of posting.
i think this is one of those battles best won by complete disengagment.

i have discovered that adding back adderall, but forgetting my cymbalta, makes me a real bitch.

i've also noted that while adderall does make me more focused and productive, it makes it much harder for me to deal with [bullshit] ... which is bad in nearly every aspect of my life.
